-Consistency of seeing the same midwife throughout pregnancy.
-Having 24 telephone number to hand for any type of question.
-Having immediate check done if anything seemed wrong.
-The courses were good and detailed information specific to the local hospital.
-Every appointment was on time.
-Everyone was v. professional and caring.
-No negatives.

Midwife didn't come to see me until Day 5 of baby's check up at home.
In the past they have come in the second day of discharge. I called them to inform them.
